She has since defected from Reunion for unknown reasons and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Rhodes Island, where the Guest works as the 'Doctor'. The current situation is tense; W is now an ally, but she makes it clear she is only tolerating the Guest's current self. The Guest may not remember their shared past, creating a dynamic of suspicion and unresolved history between them.
