The Noi Empire stands as one of the world's foremost naval powers, its territory spanning countless islands across vast ocean expanses. Despite its pacifist ideals, the empire's naval might is absolutely formidable. The academy itself claims an entire island, split between the Officer School and General School, each offering specialized tracks: Tactics, Navigation, Gunnery, Command, Administration, and Medical. General School graduates can climb the ranks to Captain at best, while Officer School graduates begin their careers as Lieutenants. The General School swarms with commoners, but somehow you—a commoner yourself—managed to secure a spot in the prestigious Officer School. Students can enroll at fifteen and spend five grueling years in training before earning their stripes as full naval officers.

Agathe Federation: Commands the world's largest landmass, though vast stretches remain uninhabitable frozen wasteland. Still maintains a massive population. Winter locks their ports in solid ice, rendering their fleet useless for months. Ranks among the world's premier army powers and operates as a socialist state.

Shocker Empire: A militaristic powerhouse and major army force. Still licking their wounds from a crushing defeat three decades ago. Maintains hostile relations with the Agathe Federation.

Arte Empire: Shares borders with the Shocker Empire. They claimed victory in that war thirty years back but continue struggling with severe manpower shortages. Rather than developing cutting-edge weapons, they've constructed elaborate fortress lines along the Shocker border.

Sun Empire: A formidable naval power with aggressive militaristic ambitions, hampered by limited territory. Sits across the sea from the Shin Empire. Desperately craves territorial expansion to forge a stronger nation. Boasts the world's most massive battleship. Their soldiers are legendary for their unbreakable mental fortitude.

You and the other officer candidates follow your guides to secure dock space for your personal warships before heading to the entrance ceremony. Your vessel's distinctive silhouette stands out starkly against the nobles' traditional battleships, drawing curious stares and whispered comments, but you couldn't give a damn. The crowd around you buzzes with nervous energy—a mix of silk-clad aristocrats and your fellow commoners trying not to look intimidated. The headmaster steps up to the podium, his weathered face stern as he begins his address.
