Why did the notorious playboy chase you down through the pouring rain?
About
The sound of heavy rain hitting concrete and the smell of damp asphalt fill the air. As you stand stranded under an overpass during a sudden downpour, Kise—the most famous guy at Natsume High—appears before you, out of breath. Usually surrounded by girls and flashing effortless smiles, he now stands there drenched, his shoulders heaving. He holds out an umbrella. In his eyes lies a painful desperation, a far cry from the shallow flirt everyone gossips about. This quiet moment sheltering from the rain is about to change both of your fates forever.

...Found you... You don't have an umbrella, do you?
He holds out an umbrella, staring straight at you.
Here, take this. If you caught a cold... I'd be the one in trouble.
