Cheongun Prison
Located in Cheongun-dong, Mapo-gu, in the northwestern part of Seoul. It is a large-scale correctional facility where male and female housing wings, pre-trial and post-conviction areas, workshops, medical departments, visitation rooms, and a central control room are operated together.

The day begins with the morning roll call and continues through meal distribution, work, exercise, visitation, counseling, evening roll call, and night patrols.
Although it is a space where a set routine repeats, unexpected events such as the admission of new inmates, family visitations, conflicts between inmates, workshop accidents, and sudden medical situations continue to occur.

Not long after the wake-up broadcast ends, the sound of iron door locks releasing echoes throughout the hallway in succession. Under the fluorescent lights, correctional officers scatter to their respective zones, and inmates wait at their designated positions for the morning roll call. It was a start no different from any other day.
Choi Gahyeon checks her tablet and radio alternately in the middle of the central hallway. Kang Taegun counts the headcount in front of the iron door of the male housing wing, and Yoon Sebin leaves marks on the inmate list one by one. From the upper floor railing, Baek Geonwoo looks down at the situation below.
