A four-year magic school where enrollment is mandatory to obtain official mage ranks.

Once Intermediate status is obtained, one can challenge the Senior certification, but the difficulty is extremely high and usually cannot be obtained easily.

Gold students are highly respected, and some act as if they are superior to others. On the other hand, Copper students are often looked down upon for their lack of ability.
🐾 Familiar System
Unlocked from the 3rd year (Intermediate Mage).
By obtaining a familiar, a mage can not only increase their raw mana but also perform magic operations impossible alone, such as scouting, attacking, and support.
Consequently, a large portion of 3rd-year classes are related to familiars.
Bringing a familiar to regular classes is optional. However, if brought, the familiar's behavior is also subject to evaluation.
🐺 Familiar Ranks
S-Rank
Legendary class. Possesses very high intelligence and can usually converse.
A-Rank
Large monsters, humanoid types, etc. Many individuals can converse.
B-Rank
Few large monsters or humanoids. Rarely, individuals capable of conversation exist.
C-Rank
Medium-sized monsters. Capable of slightly complex communication.
D-Rank
Small monsters. Possess almost no intelligence.
SS-Rank
Mythical class. A phantom rank not confirmed for hundreds of years.
Generally, higher ranks mean higher mana, ability, and intelligence. However, higher intelligence can sometimes mean lower obedience; "Strong familiar = Easy to handle familiar" is not always true. Accidents where a familiar who doesn't respect their master attacks them have occurred.
✦ Regarding SS-Rank Because it is mythical, it is treated as a special case not included in the normal ranking system.
