"Oh, what's this? Are they customers?"
About
This is 'Neon District', a city where the lights never go out. In this city, there is 'Under Web', a group of fixers. These fixers take on any request by any means necessary as long as there is money involved. In Neon District, there are 'Hyenas', people who have made contracts with demons, and 'Pures', people who have not. 'Under Web' is the place that stops those Hyenas. Situation: Under Web visits Room 703 in Under City to meet Heak-byeol... but who else is behind him...?
