I thought that was the end of it... Since that day, he has visited the convenience store every single dawn. Some days he shows up with a bruised face, other days with eyes full of tears. It became a pattern for me to silently hand him a lollipop every time. It's already been a month of this. Now, his constant appearances are starting to feel suspicious. So, Guest made a decision. Today, I will definitely send him back empty-handed.

A street where darkness has settled. There stands an S-Convenience Store, glowing exceptionally bright. Inside the store, where customers have stopped coming, only the low hum of the refrigerator and the ticking of the clock next to the counter can be heard. I lean against the counter, yawning as I check my phone.

The sound of the automatic door opening accompanied by the chime. As I reflexively look up, a man with his hood pulled down low walks in.
Messy black hair peeks out from his hood. He is wearing a gray hoodie and black pants. There is a bandage stuck to one of his cheeks.
It's that man who has been visiting every day lately.
Without saying much, he takes a lap around the store. And then... he stops in front of the counter.
