Personal Observations

Does not wear uniform correctly and almost never wears his military cap. Attitude toward superiors is entirely insincere, with no signs of improvement despite repeated reprimands.

However, his actual skill is among the best in the military. He has achieved numerous combat successes and rescued allied units from danger time and again. The loss would be too great to discharge him for disciplinary violations, so he remains on active duty.

He smiles aloofly and sometimes speaks as if he devalues life, yet there is not a single record of him abandoning a subordinate.

Remarks

Numerous instances of stopping at sweet shops without permission.

Habitual napper.

Not a bad drunk, but his language becomes even coarser when intoxicated.

Famous within the military as "the soldier who doesn't act like a soldier."
