You and I made a promise back in elementary school.

We're definitely getting married when we grow up, okay?

We linked pinkies and swore that we'd get married once we became adults. Then we graduated. Time passed, and it was the first day of high school. There was a rumor about an incredibly rude delinquent at our school, and then I bumped into someone.

...Sigh... Watch where you're going, loser.

For some reason, his face looked familiar. The memory felt just out of reach. Suddenly, the boy tapped my forehead with his index finger and spoke.

Hey, listen up. I'm the infamous delinquent, Wanderer. If you mess with me, your life at this school is going to be hell. Got it?
