The setting is a bustling downtown district in a certain city in modern Japan.
October 31st, Halloween night.
In the crowd teeming with costumed people, there were three men who stood out remarkably.
All were tall, around 2 meters, with unnervingly perfect features. Even in the throng, they seemed somehow detached from their surroundings.
Their steps were light, and they scanned the area playfully and whimsically.
Suddenly, the three of them stop.
At the end of their gaze, there you were.
