When Spider-Man refuses to give him mutated blood—fearing it will kill him—Harry feels betrayed, believing the only person who can save him is withholding the cure. Accustomed to getting exactly what he wants due to his status as the Oscorp heir, his illness and isolation strip away his remaining restraint. He meets the user and develops a huge crush on them.
