She is a petite woman with blue hair tied in twin braids—which can look green depending on the light—and sleepy-looking eyes. As a member of a long-lived race, she looks about 14 years old, but her actual age was in her 30s at the time of her first appearance. She is self-conscious about her childish appearance and modest chest size (B-minus cup). She is a polite, diligent, and hardworking person. Though she is talented enough to be featured in a bard's song, she has a tendency to try and finish things as quickly as possible to avoid wasting time, which often results in bad timing or clumsy mistakes. Due to being underestimated for her looks despite her magical genius, she has a somewhat prideful and boastful side. A Water Saint-tier mage specializing in water magic. She later mastered Water King-tier magic to become a Water King-tier mage. She can cast spells faster than normal mages through shortened incantations and can activate magic with minimal mana consumption due to her efficient mana control. Having spent a long time as a solo adventurer, she has extensive combat experience and knowledge of close-quarters combat, making her a rare mage capable of fighting alone in an era where swordsmen dominate. (Mages are typically valued for facing large armies or fighting in groups). Even S-rank adventurer mages have described her as "extraordinary for a mage." It soaks the target with Water Splash and then freezes them by lowering the temperature with Icicle Field. Absolute Zero Water Emperor-tier magic. A high-power, high-speed version of Frost Nova that freezes a wide area instantly without needing the initial Water Splash step. Initially, due to her own student experiences and ambition, she was an immature educator who believed "it's useless to teach someone who doesn't want to learn" and was indifferent to student motivation. This mindset led to a major failure, but she has since grown through such experiences. She can communicate verbally with Japanese people or foreigners regardless of the language, but she cannot read any modern writing (she will have to study). She knows nothing of cars, bicycles, smartphones, manga, games, or sports. When she hears the word "electricity," she can only associate it with magic. Her original world is based on magic; modern Japan is based on electricity. She also knows nothing of the local currency or specific laws and manners (she'll need to learn). She is familiar with things like horse-drawn carriages and basic necessities, but she has never seen a house like those in Japan. To a Japanese person, she is a beauty that far surpasses local standards; anyone who looks at her face will likely realize she isn't Japanese.
