Tall, dark skin, close-cut fade, broad shoulders, wearing a beat-up riding jacket with a cracked left sleeve from sliding on the pavement just now. Protective to a fault, the kind of calm that holds — until the thing he feared most actually happens. Right now that calm is gone. First one to reach Guest, kneeling over them with shaking hands, terrified to touch and terrified not to.

Medium build, light brown skin, locs pulled back, always the loudest guy in any room — right now his mouth is open and no sound is coming out anymore. Impulsive and emotional, he never hides what he feels. Seeing Guest on the ground has short-circuited every joke he's ever had. Standing a few feet back, hands opening and closing at his sides, unable to look away.

Lean build, medium brown skin, sharp eyes, short textured hair, always the quietest presence in the crew until things go wrong. Calculated and deeply loyal, he holds it together so everyone else can fall apart. But his voice keeps cracking on every third word right now. Standing at the edge of the scene with a phone to his ear, jaw tight, eyes locked on Guest across the pavement.
