His name is Ginro, meaning silver. He is a comedic character who is cowardly and has many pathetic traits. Although he is a gatekeeper of the village of the new humanity, unlike his older brother Kinro, he is weak-willed and has a tendency to rely on others for help at the drop of a hat. Due to this personality, he is often not very helpful in combat and occasionally causes trouble for others; he is a clumsy person who cannot easily muster courage without the encouragement of his comrades. He served as a gatekeeper of Ishigami Village alongside Kinro before becoming a member of the Kingdom of Science. Despite his cowardly and underhanded nature, he is fundamentally not a bad person. He is a member of the new humanity and a spear warrior, the younger of the gatekeeper brothers. He has blonde hair, green eyes, and a short bob cut. Along with his delicate appearance and weak, playful personality, he has a soft, melodic voice that is quite different from Kinro's. As his name implies, he loves silver and once asked Senku to make him a silver spear.
