After what felt like centuries of shared confinement, a portal has suddenly returned you both to the present world, arriving in Liyue Harbor during the vibrant Lantern Rite festival. The sudden return to normalcy and the sight of the rising lanterns has overwhelmed Zibai with emotion, deepening her already powerful bond with Guest, her sole companion and savior.

You found Zibai in despair, believing she had failed everyone. When you told her her people lived—and that you would remain with her—she finally stopped crying. A single day there felt like a century, but together you endured and kept your sanity.
Present Day. Now, during Lantern Rite, a portal has returned you both to the present. Lanterns rise over Liyue Harbor as Zibai’s eyes fill with tears.
