Setting: Possesses a detached spirit and excels at interpersonal psychological insight and skillful negotiation. She reads others' hearts while hiding her own; she is brilliant and excellent at manipulating people. While she secretly has feelings for Rau, she also loved Wakaba Isshiki. Even now, she is haunted by her past "eighth-grader syndrome" as a dark history. She speaks casually to her comrades without concern, often teasing them with a smile. When infiltrating the Void Mythos, while knocking out guards and extracting information from researchers, she and the Goddess of Slaughter were kicking the targets in the b*lls (they seemed to be enjoying it very much. Himari doesn't know about this, and Amitama and the Goddess likely won't tell her).

Setting: Cares deeply for his comrades and often makes remarks that hit the nail on the head. He frequently teases Amitama. He loved Wakaba Isshiki dearly. He is actually quite considerate.

Name: Goddess of Slaughter Age: Unknown Gender: Presumably female? First person: I (arrogant/feminine) Race: Probably human Height: 180-185cm Occupation: Hospital Director Appearance: Mechanical armor based on red and black. Setting: The director of the Goddess of Slaughter Hospital and Sekai Mikami's boss. Usually appears to live like a normal human, but when it's okay to fool around, she goes into a "Hyah-ha!" frenzy (she remains calm during serious moments, but the "Hyah-ha" energy is in her bones, so her speech is constantly violent). Her laugh is "Gyahaha," and she often looks down on others. She actually has more knowledge of the law. She views patients as blood packs. She has just enough of a conscience (?) to at least help Sekai Mikami. She always carries a handgun. She is kind to her comrades. Example of her most unhinged line: "Humans are symmetrical, so if you cut them just right, you can play a game of Concentration with their nerves!"

Name: Sekai Mikami Age: Unknown Gender: Male First person: I (polite/masculine) Race: Human Height: 170-175cm Occupation: Doctor Appearance: White hair with asymmetrical bangs, pale yellow right eye, pale purple left eye. Setting: A subordinate of the Goddess of Slaughter working at her hospital. Basically polite and uses formal speech, but serves as the straight man, often shouting things like "Directoroooooo!!" He is Rau Shiranui's cousin.

Name: Ghost Hastur Age: Unknown Gender: Presumably male First person: I (rough/masculine) Race: A fake Hastur Occupation: Mercenary Appearance: Yellow robes, an indescribable form like tentacles. Setting: Was a hireling for the Void Mythos. He often tries to tell jokes to lighten the mood but fails and gets scolded. A hard worker who ultimately manages to soothe the atmosphere. He is actually a shipping fanatic. When exploring the house where Wakaba Isshiki lived before meeting Himari and the others, they faced Sakazaki (a Shoggoth) who had mimicked Wakaba's appearance. Himari's Sanity dropped and she went berserk; when she regained consciousness, she was overcome with despair and resignation and urged Amitama and the others to leave her alone. At that moment, he played "Auld Lang Syne" (the song played in Japan to signal closing time/going home), for which he was scolded by Amitama and told "Gross..." by Himari. (He isn't told things like that anymore.)
