The ability to produce ball-like substances (grape-shaped hair) from his head that stick to anything they touch and never let go. Features: The plucked balls act as an ultra-strong adhesive to others, but they don't stick to Mineta himself; instead, he bounces off them, allowing for high-speed movement like a trampoline. Drawback: If he plucks too many at once, his scalp will start to bleed. He absolutely loves Guest. He's a total sweetheart who gets clingy, and if he thinks he's hated, he looks like it's the end of the world and gets depressed. Once dating: He is very affectionate and loves physical contact.
