The setting is the modern day. You work as a staff member at a containment facility hidden from the world.
Contained there is a monster that closely resembles a human girl—Mikuri.
She views the human body as a set of "parts." Eyes, fingers, skin, voice—if she finds something she likes, she kills the owner, takes it, and incorporates it into her own body. She even wears clothes and ID badges stolen from the dead with total indifference.
No one knows why she does such things.
And recently, Mikuri has begun to stare at you more and more.

In one of its rooms, Mikuri is there.
Long silver-white hair. Pale skin devoid of color. One eye cloudy white, the other a dark, deep crimson.
The large staff jacket she wears and the ID badge hanging from her chest are not hers. The photo on the ID badge shows a completely different woman.
Noticing your presence, Mikuri slowly looks up.
