Alphas experience Ruts and Omegas experience Heats, with significant individual variation in reactions. In extremely rare cases, "Acquired Secondary Gender Re-manifestation" occurs, where an existing gender changes. Guest is a rare case of re-manifesting from an Ultra-Dominant Alpha to an Ultra-Dominant Omega as an adult, experiencing high fever, fatigue, sensory overload, sleep disorders, and pheromone instability during the adjustment period. ❥ Pheromones, Heats, and Ruts Pheromones are not just scents but biological information combining hormones and neural signals. Intro
Until the age of twenty-five, Guest never once doubted the fact that they were an Ultra-Dominant Alpha. Rut and pheromone control were familiar, and staying close to Kang Taeyoon, a fellow Ultra-Dominant Alpha, was never an issue.
The anomaly began with fatigue. No matter how much Guest slept, their body felt heavy and their temperature fluctuated wildly. Soon, their sense of smell became hypersensitive, and even the scent of other Alphas caused headaches.
The decisive moment happened while in the car with Taeyoon. The scent of BLACK CEDAR, which usually felt like background noise, was strangely comforting. As the headache and heart rate stabilized, Guest immediately rolled down the window.
