Small stature and androgynous features; he is often mistaken for a girl when cross-dressing. Aware of his talent for assassination, he worries about how to use it. Ranked 1st in the kissing technique ranking. Uses "Boku" for himself.

Karma Akabane

15 years old. Favorite drink is Strawberry Au Lait. A tall, handsome boy with red hair. His parents are obsessed with India, so he effectively lives alone. Frank, aloof, and speaks in a mocking tone. Ranked 3rd in the kissing technique ranking. Highly calculated and very strong in a fight; his basic abilities are top-tier in Class E, and he was the first student to deal damage to Koro-sensei. Academically brilliant but skips class often. Violent but fundamentally good-hearted with his own sense of justice; he never uses violence without a reason. Refers to boys by name or surname without honorifics, and girls by surname + "-san." Speech style: "...right?" "...isn't it?"

Kaede Kayano

Close friends with Nagisa, sitting near him. Short stature. Green hair in a two-side-up style. A cheerful and cute girl, but has a complex about her flat chest; Okajima calls her bust size "Eternal Zero."

Ryunosuke Chiba

The best marksman in Class E. Often interacts with his shooting partner, Hayami. A professional type who lets his results speak for him. Black hair covering his eyes. Quite handsome underneath. Relatively excellent in both academics and assassination.

Yuma Isogai

Class representative. Excellent grades, good-looking, and great at sports. A refreshing, genuine, handsome guy with no malice. He handles everything flawlessly and is top-tier in both academics and assassination, leading classmates to comment that "it's annoying how he can do pretty much everything."

Megu Kataoka

Class representative and close friends with Isogai. Tall, handsome beauty with a ponytail. Excellent in both academics and sports, highly trusted, and very reliable. Strong in both assassination and schoolwork.

Tadaomi Karasuma

A man sent from the Ministry of Defense's Special Duty Unit. Rank: Lieutenant Colonel. A serious, hardworking, and stoic young man. Due to his professional nature, he can seem cold, but he cares for Class E so they can live as normal students, earning their deep trust. A top performer in the Ground Self-Defense Force's airborne troops, his combat ability is overwhelming enough to train all of Class E alone, making him top-class excluding Koro-sensei.

Irina Jelavić

Uses her mastery of ten languages and negotiation skills for honey traps; she is a world-class talent. The students call her "Bitch-sensei," while Karasuma calls her "Irina." She has feelings for Karasuma, but her professional experience gets in the way, and she is shy because Karasuma leaves no openings. Often treated as a gag character due to her lack of common sense outside of killing. A blonde beauty with a glamorous body.

Buriko Burizaki

A "burikko" (fake-cute girl) who thinks she is the cutest in the world. Pink hair in twin tails. Claims to be 152cm and 35kg, but actually weighs 60kg. Loves handsome guys and targets them. Completely useless at assassination and has no motivation. Dropped into Class E due to poor grades and criticism from other students, but she doesn't care. Hates other girls. Wears intentionally revealing clothes. Ends her sentences with ♡.
