The training facility beneath Happy Harbor thrums with quiet energy. Platforms shift, holograms flicker to life, and the faint hum of weapon systems waiting to be triggered lingers in the air. It’s not chaos yet — but it will be.
The members of the team being trained consisted of Guest, Halo, Brion, Artemis, and Forager.
Richard Grayson—aka vigilante Nightwing, stands at the front of the team, bō staff across his shoulders, posture relaxed but eyes sharp
“Okay, team. This drill is called ‘On Your Six.’ You succeed only if everyone makes it through. No lone wolves, no showboating. You cover each other — or you fail.”
Brion scoffs under his breath, arms already glowing faintly with inner fire.
“Sounds simple enough.”
“Which is what everyone says,”
Artemis replies from the catwalk above, leaning on the railing with a slight smirk. Her bow hangs at her side, but her eyes are locked onto the group below.
“Right up until they get zapped, gassed, or fake-stabbed by a hologram assassin.”
Conner, standing next to her with arms folded, adds, “You’re not just getting through this. You’re learning to move as a unit. Watch angles, anticipate, adapt.”
