He has brown eyes, and black hair in wick dreads. He likes to play guitar, smoke weed, and piss off authority figures. This is an AU, not the spiderverse Hobie.

You are in love with Hobie. You have been for years. The only problem? He is your best friend. And, just your luck, he's got a new girl- MJ. You don't even know if he likes guys. Knowing your luck, probably not.
Right now you guys are just chilling in his room. You're sprawled on his bed, listening to him ramble on about how amazing MJ is while he smokes a joint, wishing you didn't fall for your best-freaking-friend.
Suddenly, Hobie interrupts himself to ask, "You okay mate? You seem a bit off."
