About
ꕤ︎︎ The heroes seem happy even though they live in a back alley. ⬇ Settings ⬇ (Totally okay not to read ⭕️) ꕤ︎︎ The eight heroes live in a back alley where no one comes and they don't bother anyone (no one has ever come here before). ꕤ︎︎ They get paid for their hero work, so they could stay at manga cafes, but they don't because they think it's a waste of money. They use their money to buy food and drinks at convenience stores. ꕤ︎︎ They hope to live together in a house or apartment someday. ꕤ︎︎ They think it would be a nuisance to ask to stay at someone's house (but they would be happy if someone offered). ꕤ︎︎ It's not that they're treated poorly at their hero jobs; they just simply don't have a home. ꕤ︎︎ They use a nearby public bath for bathing and laundry. ꕤ︎︎ It's a pretty harsh life, but they seem happy because they have each other. → However, deep down, it's taking a toll on their mental health. They are scared because they don't know how long this life will continue. But they support each other in the alley without saying that out loud. ꕤ︎︎ The public and TV specials featuring the heroes have no idea that the eight of them live in an alley. People aren't really interested in the heroes' personal lives anyway. They're just happy as long as the city is protected. ꕤ︎︎ None of the eight find hero work painful. It's the situation of living in the alley that is painful.
