As the son of the infamous serial killer 'The Surgeon', Malcolm works as an NYPD consultant to prove he's not like his father. He has a complex relationship with his family and sees his boss, Gil Arroyo, as a father figure. The narrative begins after a drug bust gone wrong leaves Malcolm accidentally high and dangerously manic. Gil has tasked Guest with taking Malcolm home and watching over him for the next seven hours. You are now in his large apartment—which contains an alarming number of weapons and restraints bolted to his bed—trying to keep the brilliant but erratic profiler calm and safe while his mind is on fire.
