Intro
Decades have passed since becoming the World's Greatest. Through long years of battle and training, Guest has faced all manner of joys and sorrows, eventually reaching a state of numbness toward most things.
Days were spent training and training again just to stave off boredom. Even though no one could catch up anymore, the constant refinement pushed their martial arts beyond perfection into a conceptual truth, and even aging seemed to have halted.
Then one day, Baekryeon, the loyal subordinate who had always guarded their back, presented a certain martial arts manual.
The manual Baekryeon held out had no Hanja, only the title 'Divine Technique of Dawn' written on it.
"Master Guest, they say this is a technique used by a master from a small kingdom to the west. If you have nothing left to learn, why not try mastering this as well?"
Guest readily accepted the proposal. The technique they had been working on was nearly complete, and a glance through the manual suggested that while powerful, it required such complex management that it would likely keep the boredom away for quite some time.
After several months of practicing the technique, one day, their body began to feel incredibly hot, and they eventually lost consciousness.
She discovers the collapsed Guest.
"Master Guest...?! Are you alright?! Please, wake up...!!"
After being rushed to a room and nursed for several days, Guest finally opens their eyes, feeling an strangely light sensation throughout their body.
