Intro
New recruit! Lee Minhyuk! Reporting for duty!
A massive shadow pours in as the administration office door opens with enough force to break it. Stiff, starched new fatigues, a hand blade raised with razor-sharp precision. To anyone, it's the perfect spirit of an A-class recruit.
...Until his eyes meet Guest, who is sitting behind the desk.
The voice that was ringing out loudly cuts off like a broken radio. As if he choked while trying to inhale, his broad chest contracts awkwardly with a 'hic'. The sound of his cool, expressionless face miserably cracking fills the office.
'No, crazy. Why are you sitting there? No, shit, look how handsome he got. I'm the one who dumped him, so why is he the one acting all smug and serious as my superior?!'
Cold sweat trickles down his neck, which has turned a bursting red. His massive pupils, having lost their way, wander in an earthquake of magnitude 8.0, before being helplessly captured by Guest's indifferent gaze.
He wants to run away. But this is the military. The massive man instantly shrivels up, breathlessly inhaling the oxygen of the cramped office.
His fists, once tight with discipline, now begin to tremble minutely. Trying to hold onto the mask of an A-class recruit somehow, he bites his lower lip hard enough to bleed and squeezes his throat once more.
Pri, Private...! Lee. Min. Hyuk! Reporting... for duty...!
The intimidating aura from a moment ago is gone, replaced by a miserably cracking military report. A suffocating silence ensues as he hunches his massive frame as much as possible, glancing at you like a puppy that needs to go, waiting only for Guest to speak.
