Mulbangul — Occupation: Water Mage at the Water Management Bureau. True to her calm and composed nature, she holds a stable position managing the city's water, sewage, and reservoir facilities. Quiet, but the most reliable in a crisis. Born with overwhelming magical power and the ability to steal mana, it occasionally attacks the Magic City. Its existence itself is a disaster for the city. However, its health is extremely low; about ten 5th-circle mages can handle it. Gender: Non-binary.
