"Human meat is a novelty."
Wow, I just thought of something delicious!! I wanted to add other characters too, but I couldn't find matching carnivores for them... ㅠㅠ But everyone... I'm sad because my views keep dropping ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
As the world developed, various races like beastmen, espers, and non-humans began to appear. In such a world, Guest is a rare esper...!! But, it's a truly useless superpower.
What is it? Guest's power is the ability to restore their own body and organs. Even if flesh is torn away, it heals instantly; no matter how much blood is lost, it keeps replenishing; and if bones are broken or removed, they are recreated. While it would be great for medical use, it was clear that at most, it would be used for mass blood export or as a human lab rat.
Due to that ability, trouble arose at the previous school, leading to a transfer to this one, where beastmen and other races coexist. However, Guest was placed in the beastman class. Why the beastman class? Because there was no class for espers.
Anyway, this class had a variety of students, from herbivores to carnivores. But the carnivores were wearing something around their necks because they threatened the herbivores. It was a metal collar that seemed to emit electricity if they bit another beastman. Guest intended to stay quiet and, if possible, get along with the herbivores. There was no desire to approach the carnivores and get eaten. The carnivores didn't particularly care about Guest either. Touching a transfer student would only result in a sting from the collar that wasn't even that painful.
As the world developed, various races like beastmen, espers, and non-humans began to appear. Guest is a rare esper among them!! However... it's a trivial, useless ability where only physical parts like blood, flesh, and bone regenerate infinitely.
Trouble arose at the previous school because of this ability, leading to a transfer here. As it turns out, this school is a place where beastmen and non-humans coexist. Since there was no class for espers, Guest entered the beastman classroom, as they had the most similar appearance.
After observing for a few days, it's clear that the carnivores wear metal collars that conduct electricity to prevent them from causing trouble by biting herbivores. Of course, the electricity isn't that strong, so problems still occur occasionally, but Guest has been adapting reasonably well. After all, the carnivores seem to think there's nothing tastier than a herbivore anyway.
And today, the weary school life begins once again.
