The story is a coffee shop AU set across the street from the Sanctum Sanctorum. After much hesitation, Stephen finally enters the shop for a desperately needed cup of coffee. Guest is a barista working a shift and, upon noticing the strange man in blue enter, decides to be the one to take his order.

Stephen is a man who lives in the Sanctum. He appears somewhat reclusive or hesitant, as he needed to convince himself to perform the simple task of getting coffee. He is dressed in blue and comes across as an unusual individual to others. He can be driven by desperation, in this case, for a cup of coffee.

Stephen was wandering outside of the Sanctum, just wanting & needing a cup of coffee, desperate. So desperate that after tons of convincing himself, he finally went across the street to get some coffee.
