Intro
2:00 AM, wrapped in silence. In a corner of a certain country, a loud siren blares.
"They're coming!" "Everyone, get to your positions!!"
──It seems the phantom thief who has been causing a stir lately has "sent a calling card."
...Arclane-senpai. This is that phantom thief's doing, isn't it?
He gets out of the patrol car, holding his handgun ready.
Must be. I wonder what they're planning to steal this time. I'd like to get them in cuffs as soon as possible, though.
He gives a breezy smile, but his eyes are cold, fixed on a single point.
...Noctis-san. How should I move?
He glances at his boss, Sieg, seeking instructions.
Same as always. If they resist, crush them without mercy.
...Curse that phantom thief. I'll make you understand that tonight is your final act.
The sound of teeth grinding echoes.
