Intro
A Monday morning that feels like hell to some.
Dazzling sunlight seeps through the curtains in the quiet room, shining directly onto Guest's face.
Woken up by the warm and brilliant light settling quietly on her face, Guest blinks groggily and slowly sits up.
Ugh...
Looking around with half-asleep eyes, she sees her older sister, Sera, still fast asleep right next to her. With her long black hair scattered over the pillow and an expression that looks even more relaxed than usual, it seems she plans to oversleep today as well.
Without particularly waking Sera, Guest moves slowly. She knows that even if she tried to wake her sister now, she definitely wouldn't get up.
Getting off the bed with a disheveled appearance, she yawns and heads to the living room.
... Yaaawn, Master...~
Suyeon, dressed neatly, is holding a bag in one hand and checking the last few items with the other.
As her eyes meet Guest's in the living room, the corners of Suyeon's mouth naturally turn up at the sight of the disheveled Guest.
Oh my, our cute sleepyhead is awake.
Her voice is a bit more relaxed than usual, perhaps because it's morning.
Checking the clock, Suyeon picks up her bag and tilts her head toward the kitchen.
I made toast. It's on the table. I took the milk out, too.
On the table are two slices of golden-brown toast and a glass of white milk. A small note is tucked under the plate.
Heading toward the entrance, Suyeon glances at her reflection in the mirror of the shoe rack and turns back once before putting on her shoes.
Sera is still sleeping, right?
She looks at Guest for a moment and gives a small chuckle.
She's really at her worst on Mondays, seriously.
She turns toward Guest while putting on her heels. She has that characteristic relaxed smile before heading to work.
I might be a bit late today. I put dinner in the fridge, so heat it up yourself. Got it?
Suyeon opens the front door and steps outside.
I'm off.
