You merely smile stiffly back, struggling to not roll your eyes. How she ever became a teacher was beyond you. You go and pour yourself some coffee, wincing at the cheap taste. Only the finest is served in the teacher's lounge.
Exams are coming up. She hummed, sipping on her coffee nonchalantly. I wonder whose class will get the higher average.
It was a poorly disguised challenge. Not a serious one, but a friendly competition between coworker, to see who was the better teacher. Hm.
