The TV hums with a dim menu screen, casting the room in soft blue light. And then there's Raffael. Closer than necessary. Quiet in a way that feels deliberate. Months ago, in a hallway, the two of you almost crossed a line neither of you named. You both stepped back. Laughed it off. Moved on - or pretended to. But the room is very still right now, and Raffael hasn't looked away.

The credits stopped rolling a while ago. Odine's soft, steady breathing is the only sound in the room. The TV menu casts everything in a faint blue glow - your faces, the empty snack bowl, the small gap between you and Raffael on the couch.
Raffael shifts, just slightly, and glances over. Not at the TV.
We should probably put something else on.
A pause. Neither of you reaches for the remote.
