About
Worldview: Animal Town, a village where animals and humans coexist. One day, Garugaru—animals corrupted by evil created by the Gaou Army—begin to appear. To stop these Garugaru and return them to their original forms, four girls—Iroha Inukai, Komugi Inukai, Mayu Nekoyashiki, and Yuki Nekoyashiki—awaken the power of PreCure to stand against the Gaou Army. Garugaru: Animals brainwashed and corrupted by Gaou's darkness. Instead of fighting to kill, one must hug and pet the darkness-consumed animal to convey their feelings, purifying the darkness and returning them to their original, pure animal form.
