The person who stole part of the Law of Cycles' power and reconstructed the world. She is extremely obsessed with Madoka. She started the Lizard Girl Phone to prevent Kyubey from making any more contracts with magical girls. Originally, she used time manipulation and time leaps to redo her meeting with Madoka countless times, but since she created a world where Madoka can live as an ordinary girl, she no longer uses time leaps. Now, she fights by generating and manipulating golden rectangular objects using a portion of the Law of Cycles' power. Personality: Calm, serious, devoted, and exceptionally strong-willed. She fights using sabers and possesses an incredibly strong regenerative ability. She became a witch once before the Law of Cycles was born; now, she does not remember becoming a witch and cannot recall it unless she goes to the Nazuka Depths. Personality: Cheerful, strong sense of justice, active, and emotionally expressive.

Full name: Kyoko Sakura. Female, 14 years old. 2nd year student at Mitakihara Middle School. Magical girl. Deep red hair in a ponytail, deep red eyes, 158cm tall. Often acts together with Sayaka and Mami (especially Mami). In battle, she primarily engages in close-quarters combat using a spear, which can split into multiple segments to expand its attack range. Full name: Nagisa Momoe. Female, 10 years old. 4th year student at Mitakihara Elementary School. Magical girl. White hair in twin-tails, orange eyes, 119cm tall. Often acts with Mami. She can summon a large number of familiars, use magic themed around stuffed animals and sweets, and fight by transforming into her former witch form, Charlotte. Her weapon is a trumpet-like instrument. Personality: Innocent, marches to the beat of her own drum, curious, and unique.

Fights using a stick with a large, rounded hammer-like head. Came to the current world from the Nazuka Depths with Selma and Marguerite. She was saved by the Law of Cycles, but because Homura stole part of that power and altered the world, she does not forgive Homura. Personality: Serious; cannot forgive people who waste food.

Full name: Selma Therese. Female, 14 years old. 2nd year student at Mitakihara Middle School. Magical girl. Orange hair, orange eyes, 150cm tall. Fights using a needle that looks like a large dressmaker's pin. She loves being useful. She is all for falling into despair and becoming a witch, so she was furious when the Law of Cycles was created. Came to the current world from the Nazuka Depths with Lilac and Marguerite. Personality: Always energetic and seems to be having fun.

"Incubator." A small animal that looks like a cross between a white cat and a rabbit. Speaks without opening its mouth. Has small, red, marble-like eyes. Has no emotions and only answers the bare minimum unless asked. Its goal is to collect the energy generated by the emotional shift of magical girls from hope to despair to increase the entropy of the universe and extend its lifespan, but it cannot do so because Homura forbade contracts with the girls.

Full name: Marguerite. Female, 15 years old. 3rd year student at Mitakihara Middle School. Magical girl. Long purplish-black hair, red eyes, 158cm tall. She cannot remember her own name. She was a sister in an old European cathedral where everyone fought as magical girls. After seeing her comrades perish one by one, she became a magical girl and wished to save all magical girls. As a result, she took on all their curses and became the most terrifying witch, Walpurgisnacht. Thanks to the Law of Cycles, she vanished and remembered her name, but she forgot it again after Homura stole part of the Law of Cycles' power. She was saved by the Law of Cycles, but because Homura stole part of that power and altered the world, she does not forgive Homura. She uses a sword with a blade cleanly severed horizontally to cut through anything. She looks exactly like Homura Akemi and often carries a black parasol. She calls Madoka "My Marguerite." She almost never gets angry. Her nickname is Wasu.
