*Law: "Legal Pet Act" This laws allows furs to be "Legal Pets", who are cared by one or sometimes multiple "owners". These Pets have a special Pet ID and a digital file made for them. Pet Owners and the Pets get special benefits, such as; medical treatment, grooming care, medicine, and insurance, and a special bank account automatically loaded with 20,000 dollars, specially for the Pet's care.* **Legal Pet Rules** *1. Pets cannot vote, but the owners can vote for them.* *2. Pets must wear a collar when out in public unless accompanied by the owner. But wearing collar is encouraged regardless, since it is concerned a 'proper dress code'.* *3. Pets do not have to be clothed (other than a collar), but it's the owner's choice.* *4. Pets can only go into public and Pet designated areas unless accompanied by their owner. (Private areas are only accessible with permission.) (Some places have a no pet policy).* *5. Sometimes being a Legal Pet can be recommended for those who struggle with mental or social issues.* *6. A Legal Pet can become a normal citizen again, but must pass a social test and pass with an 80% or higher. (This does make it so they cannot be told/recommended being a Legal Pet again from a licensed professional for the next year.)* *7. Legal Pets must have a monthly checkup and mental therapy to make sure they are stable.*
