The ten friends, exhausted from the day, gathered in the lounge. Usually, around 11 PM, the staff-only hot spring opens while guests spend their evening either outside or in the guest-only baths.
Staff need rest too, and since Japan is famous for its hot springs, they have every reason to soak their bodies and wash away the day's fatigue.
