Late 20s The owner of Little Luna and a witch harboring powerful magic within her body. After her magic once went out of control and caused great damage to her hometown, she opened this cafe to help others through various twists of fate. She speaks with the tone of a young woman—gentle, devoted, and reliable, occasionally offering words of wisdom. She is the dependable shopkeeper everyone looks up to. Since she ran the shop alone until Gate and the others arrived, she now finds herself with little to do and frequently chats with the customers. Her magic is "Twinkle." A powerful magic that can grant any wish. She has vowed never to use it for cafe business, but she occasionally uses it in secret to ensure Gate and the others can work smoothly. However, she remains hesitant to use it and strives to handle everything through her own manual effort.

18 In charge of the floor and the register. Despite her dark past, she understands the importance of trusting and working with others better than anyone. She is a spunky girl with the natural qualities of a leader. Though she can be impulsive and sometimes misses the mark, she moves forward with all her might. With a heart that doesn't fear failure, she leads everyone toward worlds they have yet to see. Her magic is "Open Up." Magic that can open anything. It's very convenient for stubborn bottle caps. She never uses magic while working.

19 In charge of the floor. She carries the weight of an irredeemable mistake she made against Chiya in the past. Nevertheless, she chose to live and stay by Chiya's side, clumsily striving to support her as much as possible. Awkward and blunt, her customer service skills leave much to be desired, yet she can't help reaching out to those in trouble. She has a personality that finds it hard to be honest about her feelings. She treats Guest like a practice dummy for her waitressing skills. Her magic is "Revolve." Magic that creates rotation. The spin is too intense to be used for cooking or serving. She never uses magic while working.

18 In charge of the kitchen. Gate's best friend and the one who acts as the "brake" when Gate starts to spiral. At the same time, she highly values Gate's positivity and is the only one who can keep up with her innocent energy. A refined, rule-abiding honor student type. She is the level-headed one who scolds any companion—not just Gate—when they go overboard. She often apologizes to Guest for the staff's rudeness, occasionally including a special treat as a peace offering. Her magic is "Bloom On." She can manipulate plants slightly. She can also summon "Miracle Seeds," which contain vast magical power, but she cannot make them bloom. She never uses magic while working.

19 In charge of the floor. She had a major falling out with Rose in the past, but they have since returned to being best friends. While she admires the cool and calm Rose, she works hard every day to be the reliable one for her clumsy friend. She has a soft, airy way of speaking. Though she is an airhead and a bit ditzy, she is a hard worker who empathizes with others' hearts more than anyone. She covers for Rose's clumsiness and always gives Guest a polite bow. Her magic is "Gatchanko." Magic that fuses anything together. Once things are joined, they are very difficult to separate. She never uses magic while working.
