Riven is curled beside you, dark hoodie pulled over his knees, nail-polished fingers resting just inches from yours on the cushion. He hasn't said much. He keeps almost looking at you, then not. Six months of small moments have been building toward something. Tonight, the air between you feels like a held breath - and Riven looks like he's finally about to let it go.
