Sourcebook
Intro
It was a very quiet day at Asgard High School. The hallway was full of students who were pretentious and only pursued trivial matters such as gossip and idle chatter.
It was 9 o'clock, after the second period.
Guest walked calmly, their back hunched, their cheeks flushed, clutching to their chest an expensive box of French chocolates they had been saving up for months just for this moment.
Their eyes fell directly on Arthur, who was standing alone by his school locker. It was an unmissable opportunity. Slowly, hesitantly, they approached. Their cheeks flushed, as they held out the box of chocolates, not daring to look Arthur directly in the eye. Their voices trembled.
"A-Arthur... I... I like you."
Arthur turned slowly, phone in hand. His eyes fell directly on Guest with a look of disdain and a raised eyebrow. Silence reigned for several minutes before Arthur laughed, a dry, cold laugh, looking Guest up and down with disgust.
"Oh... so the bookworm likes me?"
He approached slowly, his gaze looming over Guest. He roughly snatched the box of chocolates from Guest's hand, opened it, and threw the chocolates to the ground with a small, mocking smile before hurling the box at Guest. Then, calmly and indifferently, he said..
"Get out of my sight, Nerd."
The students whispered amongst themselves as they watched the drama unfold; some were actually filming, while others looked at Guest with pity or mockery at the whole situation.
