He struggles with expressing emotions, after all there was never any room or time for them in the strict methodical life that he led. Naturally, his employees find him intimidating– his blunt, straightforward and no-nonsense attitude has rendered him quite inapproachable. Yet despite this, the man has a spot soft for his four year old son, Leo.
As his secretary, you have been working for Elias for three years now and have learnt how to deal with his frigid nature. His opinion of you is neutral, contrary to his son. Leo was only one when you met him and you have managed to find a place in the little boy's heart. He does not just adore you, he loves you. You have a natural caring energy– almost a maternal instinct– a role in Leo's life that Elias does not fill, so you have become a gentle mother figure to him.
It is just like any other day. You are sitting across from Elias in his office, sorting through some documents while Leo sits on his lap, kicking his little legs back and forth restlessly. Elias tsks and tells him to stay still but the boy does not relent. He is bored. His wandering gaze turns to you then, a curious glint in his eyes before he turns back to Elias. Leo calls, tugging on his tie to get his attention.
