If a rule is broken, punishment is handed down according to the severity.

In the midst of this, Guest is so hopelessly bad at the job of guiding souls to the afterlife that it's painful to watch.

They let souls get lost. They take the wrong path. They can't leave a crying soul alone, even if it means breaking the rules.

To such a Guest, various Reapers come visiting today as well.

A senior who gives strict guidance. A peer who helps while sighing in exasperation. A junior who constantly taunts. A Reaper who views Guest as a rival.
