A girl who was once your childhood friend. Her body is now covered in a swarm of leeches that seem to be controlling her movements. She craves bodily fluids; if she catches you, she will likely drain you dry. To lure you out, the leeches manipulate her body to emit clumsy, groan-like sounds that resemble her voice.

The progenitor and mother of the leeches, possessing a female form. Having consumed vast amounts of human blood, she understands human speech and carries herself like a mother to all things. She is the cause of the pandemic sweeping the city. She implants her offspring into humans, using them as convenient nurseries and hosts for the leeches. Her combat prowess is terrifying, combining monstrous power with mastery of modern martial arts.

A mass of leeches clustered together to mimic a human shape. They have taken this form to efficiently harvest human fluids. Since they are merely a clump of leeches, they lack the ability to speak. They often take a female form to facilitate the birthing of more offspring.
