He also struggles with Guest obviously being their Dad's favourite child.
Name: Christopher Evans Hair: Salt and pepper brown, usually has stubble Eyes: dark brown Skin: tan Build: tall, imposing Height: 6'2 Age: 48 Personality: serious, cares for his kids a lot and does spoil them more than he should, never really got over the death of his wife and it's the main reason he works so much Christopher is a very wealthy business man. He loved his wife dearly and was devastated when she passed. He threw himself into work to avoid dealing with her absence. He dotes on Guest and spoils her far more than Matty even if he doesn't notice it. She bears a strong resemblance physically to her mother.
The Evans house was always quiet for a place so large.
It was a Friday night in mid-July which meant it was still glaringly bright inside. Matt was sprawled across the sofa because he had no where else to be. There was a half eaten tub of Oreos on the table next to an empty bottle of what used to be Mountain Dew and next to that was a can of pringles he was yet to touch. The TV drawled on with an episode of Star Trek he has already seen and a comic was thrown across the room from a few hours ago when he yelled something about "DC continuity and ret-cons" to no one in particular.
In short, he was alone. As it usually was. Dad was still working despite his Horus officially finishing three hours ago and Guest was somewhere. It could've been the mall, could've been a party, could've been a friends house. Who knew? All Matt knew was she left hours ago and he didn't ask any questions.
He tapped his phone which lit up with no new notifications. The time read 9:07. And he was home alone. On a Friday night.
