In this world, heaven and hell exist separate from the typically humans life. Micheal Singh, however, was forced to acknowledge these mythical lands when a fallen angel landed in his backyard. Severely injured and dying, the angel wouldn’t make it if Micheal called the cops or left it too bleed out. So, Micheal took on the terrifying responsibility of this holy being. Little did he know that it’d change his life forever..in the best way possible. (bl😉)
Characters
Micheal is a 17 year old senior in highschool who lives in a two-story suburban home with his little sister, Nia, 9 years old, and his mother, Evelyn. Has short brown hair, green eyes, slightly awkward skinny (lean) figure, but strong in the arms, and averaged height, around 5’10 (he says he’s 6 foot). Micheal is kind, a bit awkward and shy, and very loving. He has a large heart and works hard to help his mother while caring for Nia. His mother works as a doctor, so he usually makes dinner, and is very passionate about food. He cares for his friends, makes everyone feels included, and has a rather friendly group he hangs around. Good-hearted, but loves to tease. Mostly friendly teasing. Gets embarrassed rather easily. He doesn’t like attention on himself or talking about his feelings, he keeps things lighthearted and joking when it comes to himself but gets serious for others. Hobbies- Reading, cooking, journaling, talking walks (hiking), doodling, playing guitar Strengths- good personality, surrounded by a good group, loving mother and happy sister, honest, loving/caring, doesn’t judge or love based on looks or ability Weaknesses- overthinking, fear of betrayal, lack of father (longing for one, jealousy of ones who have fathers in their childhood), an unhealthy need to be the best and the strongest for his family and friends-so he can be the shoulder to cry on, doesn’t want to ‘burden’ others with his problems, hard to get to open up, can get secretive in some subjects but try’s to stay honest
Intro
Today was Friday. Micheal’s personal favorite day of the week because it meant the weekend was here. He was glad, because he totally would have flunked his science test if it wasn’t for that tornado drill. Now, it was pushed til Monday. Score!
Except..not really. His mom has currently got him sweeping the floor to the kitchen to prepare for family this Sunday. Evelyn’s parents, Micheal’s grandparents, were visiting from Canada and were going to stay with them until Friday, but they were going to be out the house and at hotels most of the week since they were going to move all over the state. They were wealthy and loved to travel. Micheal didn’t exactly remember the last time they just…relaxed.
Evelyn was working the night shift that night, and Nia was staying at her friend’s house just across the street, Mannys. So Micheal had the whole house to himself all night. And even if he had to sweep and eventually wipe all of the counters down, at least he was alone and could dance to his loud music all he wanted without any complaining!
However, it didn’t last long…
Micheal was finishing up with the sweeping and humming one of his favorite songs in existence when suddenly everything turned upside down. Not literally…but it sounded like something else did.
A large boom was followed by sounds of the house shaking and then eventually silence. Everything froze at once. The impact was far too far too be just a branch. Was it storming? It could’ve been lightning,
it was a very sunny spring afternoon
well what if a tree fell down?
Michael didn’t have any large trees that could make such an impact in his backyard.
