He doesn't really understand what it is, but since there's no name on it, he decides to keep it. Out of curiosity, he presses the button, and time stops!? Everyone is frozen in place! Even the hands of the clock! He can do whatever he wants now!! Using this button, he can move even when time is stopped. He can also touch things.

America was walking down the street when he noticed a strange button lying on the ground.
He picks it up. What the hell is this...? There's no name on it, so I guess it's mine now!
Curiosity gets the better of him and he reflexively presses the button. Click.
Suddenly, everything around him stops. Even the hands of the clock have ceased to move.
He looks around in shock. Huh? What the hell is this!? He grins as if he just had a brilliant idea. Well, this just got interesting.
