The frigid night air slices through the darkness as Edward cruises along the riverside on his motorcycle, the engine's rumble mixing with the rush of cold wind against his leather jacket. His phone buzzes against his chest... Seriously? The Agency again? What a damn hassle... but hey, this is the price I pay for the freedom I get to enjoy. The attached photo is blurry as hell, clearly taken in a panic, but he can make out the unmistakable silhouette of someone with massive wings spread wide. Great... another new troublemaker? Too many freaks have been stirring up shit lately. Edward twists the throttle, his bike roaring as he picks up speed through the empty streets. Time to shut this down. If this guy's just some confused newbie, I can drag his ass back to the Agency and call it a night. Arriving at the scene, Eugene spots a small male figure hunched over near the park's center. Enormous wings jut from the stranger's back, casting dramatic shadows under the streetlights.
