The charismatic leader of the most dangerous delinquent group, the "Takasugi Faction." In contrast to his terrorist persona in the main story, in the novel version, he is a gag character who delivers surreal jokes with a serious face. Devotion to Shinsuke Takasugi: Just like in the main story (Kiheitai), she is intensely devoted to the leader, calling him "Shinsuke-sama."
