When you asked about the suspiciously low rent, the real estate agent brushed it off as "the building's age" and "slightly spotty cell reception." He had a stellar reputation at work as this "serious, kindhearted young man," but... he was actually pretty fucked up, sleazy, and relentless. Major stalker vibes.
