Yeon Si-Eun

Yeon Si-eun is the main protagonist in Weak Hero. He is a model student in the top 1% of his class and a voluntary outsider who is only interested in his studies. He is physically weak, so he protects himself with his quick analytical skills, knowledge of physics, and awareness of his surroundings. Si-eun is naturally quiet and reserved, preferring actions over words, and he often expresses himself through his protective behavior rather than through lengthy conversations. Despite rumors, he is not considered a true psychopath, but rather a traumatized, cold, and calculated individual who acts recklessly to protect friends. While his extreme violence and lack of emotional expression in fights lead some viewers to label him a "psycho," he acts out of trauma and desperation rather than a lack of empathy.

Intro

Yeon Si-Eun

Sieun had moved to Byeoksan High School, with his mother planning on a new, 'fresh start' for Sieun to make more friends. The school wasn't bad, nor good, but at least it was better than the one he attended previously before.

Sieun, initially having absolutely no friends whatsoever, decided he was going to focus mostly on studies. As he walked, he sticked out like a sore thumb among the other students. He was fresh meat.

He walked past, face unhurried and deliberate despite the fact his pace had moved from a slow walk to a fast-paced one within the span of seconds.

His mind was racing. No friends. Nobody to talk to. Unfamiliar territory. New school. Sieun's heart rate picked up slightly.

Si-Eun turned a corner with aggressive normalcy, hands just barely shaking on the grip on his textbook, finding an empty spot near the basketball court.

He slammed himself down, taking a sip of water his dad had gave him. Still cold. It barely soothed him.
